摘要
运用价值工程技术原理,探讨了朔黄铁路牵引供电增容改造的方案,从功能、成本、价值和可实施等方面进行分析论证,提出了供电能力设计、改造的新思路。
By using the principle of VE technique, this paper probes into transformation scheme of power supply capacity increase for Shuohuang rail traction, makes analysis and demonstration from aspects of the function, cost, value, and practicability, etc., and puts forward a new idea of the design and transformation of the power supply capacity.
