摘要
分析了经营城市、经营城市土地的概念,阐述了二者的关系,在此基础上,提出经营城市要正确认识经营城市的二重属性,在经营城市土地中要遵循市场规则,加强政府调控。
This paper analyzes on the conceptions of the city operation and urban land operation, expounds the relation between the two things, and based on this, points out that in the city operation we must have right cognition of the duality of the city operation, and in the urban land operation we must follow the market regulations and strengthen the governmental control.
