摘要
随着经济全球化的深入,国际商务活动越来越频繁,不同文化带来的冲突直接影响着商务活动的成功及商务关系的延续。揭示了产生文化冲突的根本原因,描述了冲突的各种表现,并提出了减缓冲突的应对措施。
The speeding-up of economic globalization incurs increasing international business interactions. However, conflicts of the different culture influence directly the success of business transactions and the sustaining of business relationships. This paper probes the fundamental causes of the cultural conflict occurring, describes its various exhibition, and offers some measures of reducing conflicts.
