知识经济时代,数字参考服务是图书馆参考咨询服务发展的趋势。论述了数字参考服务的特点及其主要形式,指出数字参考服务是未来图书馆的核心服务内容。
In the knowledge economic times, the digital reference service is developmental trend of the library reference consultancy service. This paper discusses about the characteristics and the main form of the digital reference service, points out that the digital reference service is the content of library's core service in the future.
