摘要
本实验对意托啡及氢化意托啡去甲基方法进行改进.采用二苯膦盐代替原氢氧化钾对( )或( )3位选择性去甲基,产品得率由原43%提高达60%以上.这一方法的改进,同时还解决了原工艺产品质量差、后处理困难及存在的劳动保护问题.
This article deals with the procedure of demethylation to etorfy and hydroctorfy,in which an optimum yicld is reached by 66% from the original 43%. The amelioration not only solves the problem of poor quality due to the process deficit and difficulties in post processing,but also improvers labor protection.
