摘要
针对柴油机故障诊断系统无法对柴油机的工作状态进行综合评估 ,以及无法对故障进行预测和诊断的问题 ,提出运用信息融合原理 ,利用瞬时转速信号和现有巡回监测与报警系统的热工参数 ,实现对发电柴油机技术状态的综合诊断和趋势分析。介绍了一种基于 TMS32 0 C2 4 0 7a的嵌入式柴油机工作状态监测装置。该装置是船舶发电柴油机运行状态在线监测与故障诊断系统中的核心部分 ,可以实现船舶发电柴油机工作状态实时监测和故障诊断 ,同样可作为独立的监测报警装置用于机车。
This article discussed the use of the instantaneous rotate signal, the existing circuit monitor and the thermodynamic parameter of alarming system. It is based on the information fusing theory to solve the problem that the diesel fail diagnosis system cannot evaluate the diesel working status synthetically and cannot be predicted or diagnosed.Based on the TMS320C2407a DSP,an embed instrument was introduced.It is the core of the ship synthetic monitoring and diagnosing system. It can realize the real time monitoring and diagnosing of the ship's power diesels working status and can also be used in the station of locomotives and vehicles as a monitoring and alarming instrument.
