摘要
气泡是树脂传递模型成型工艺 (RTM)中重要的缺陷之一 ,研究气泡形成机理与影响因素对提高 RTM制品质量具有重要意义。以多层方格布为对象 ,在理论分析的基础上 ,通过可视化试验对多层方格布断面气泡形成进行了研究。采用控制体 /有限元法编制的数值模拟程序对气泡尺寸的影响因素进行了分析。试验和数值模拟结果表明 ,气泡在横向纤维束末端形成 ,横向纤维束宽度与纤维束间通道宽度比值是影响气泡尺寸的重要因素。
Based on theoretical analysis, the purpose of the study was to investigate the void formation in multilayer woven fabrics by visual experiments. Numerical simulation was used to analyze the factors of the size of void. The simulated results matched well with those predicted by the analytical model. The results showed that for a given fiber reform, the ratio of the width of transverse fiber bundle to the width of channel is respective to the size of the void.
