Establishment of pig model of acute intracerebral hematoma

摘要 目的 建立稳定的动物急性脑内血肿模型。方法 选用小型猪10只,采用微量泵注射自体动脉血法建立急性额叶脑内血肿模型,监测颅内压(ICP)、平均动脉压(MAP)和血气等变化,并行MRI扫描、大体切片和HE染色观察。结果 注血后出现ICP和MAP的上升,差异显著(P<0.05)。MRI扫描、大体切片和HE染色均显示血肿形成,符合急性血肿的病理变化。结论 采用微量泵注射自体动脉血法可建立稳定可靠的急性脑内血肿模型。 Objective To establish a stable animal model of acute intracerebral hematoma. Methods Autologous arterial blood was injected into the frontal lobe of 10 little pigs by micropump. Intracranial pressure (ICP)and mean artery pressure (MAP)were monitored continuously and blood gas were analysed. The brains were examined with hematoxylin and eosin staining under the light microscopy. Two pigs underwent MRI scanning. Results After the blood injection, ICP and MAP increased quickly and significantly (P<0.05). Gross slice, MRI scanning and pathologic examination all demonstrate the formation of the acute intracerebral hematoma and its pathologic changes. Conclusion Autologous arterial blood injection by micropump can establish a stable and reliable intracerebral hematoma model.
