测压管退管速度对静态尿道压力测定的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 :探讨双腔测压管退管速度对静态尿道压力测定结果的影响。方法 :下尿路功能障碍患者 5 2例 ,其中男 34例 ,女 18例 ,年龄 (4 4± 19)岁。在 10Fr的双腔测压管、测压孔相距 5cm、灌注速度为 2ml/min条件下 ,15例分别以 3cm/min和 6cm/min、2 2例分别以 6cm/min和 12cm/min、余 15例分别以 3cm/min和 12cm/min的退管速度退管 ,记录静态尿道压力测定各指标结果 ,以配对资料的t检验进行统计分析。结果 :退管速度分别为 3cm/min、6cm/min和 12cm/min时测得的最大尿道压、最大尿道闭合压和平均尿道压逐渐降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,但男性控尿区长度和控尿面积以及女性功能性长度和功能性面积之间差异无统计学意义 ,明显灌注波发生率逐渐降低 ,而急剧尿道压力信号变化假象发生率逐渐升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :在上述条件下不同退管速度可影响静态尿道压力测定结果 ,退管速度为 Aim: To evaluate the influence of the pulling speed of urethral catheter on the static urethral pressure profile (UPP). Methods: A total of 52 patients with lower urinary tract symptom,including 34 male,and 18 female,were selected. Using catherter F10, with 2 ml/min water pump speed,the static UPP in different pulling speed(3 cm/min,6 cm/min,12 cm/min)were performed, respectively. Results: As pull speed increased,the max urethral pressure , max closure pressure and average urethral pressure gradually decreased(P<0.05),but the difference in the static functional length and functional area of male, the length of continence zone and continence area of female weren' t significant,and the incidences of visible pumping wave decreased significantly, the incidences of the feinted urethral pressure signal increased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: The pull speed has positively influence on the static UPP result,and pull speed of 6 cm/min maybe better one for the measurement under the condition mentioned above.
