摘要
目的 探讨门静脉完全动脉化 (PVA)后大鼠肝门部胆管微血管的改变。方法 用墨汁灌注透明法 ,观察大鼠肝门部胆管微血管的改变 ,并用MoticBuaa3DVol软件针对胆管周围血管丛(PBP)进行三维重建。结果 本方法能清楚地显示出大鼠肝门部胆管微血管的分布情况 ,PVA组PBP外层血管显著增粗 ,内层血管密度增加。利用本软件能较好地重建出两组大鼠肝门部胆管PBP的三维结构。结论 PVA后肝门部胆管微血管数量未出现明显减少 ,动脉化的门静脉血可通过侧枝途径满足PBP需求 ,并能维持胆管正常的生理功能 ,这也是PVA能够施行的理论依据。
Objective To investigate the microvascular changes of hepatohilar bile duct after portal vein arterialization (PVA) in rats. Methods To observe microvascular changes of hepatohilar bile du ct in rats after Chinese ink perfusion and transparency management, and to make three dimensional reconstruction of the peribiliary blood plexus (PBP) in MoticB uaa3DVol software. Results The microvascular distribution of rat's hepatohilar bil e duct could be shown clearly. External-layer vessels of PBP showed significant dilation, and internal-layer density of PBP increased in PVA group. The three dimensional structure of PBP of rat's hepatohilar bile duct in this two groups w as reconstructed. Conclusions The number of microvascular in hepatohilar bile duc t doesn't decrease obviously after PVA, the arterial blood in portal vein can re flux into PBP through branches, and the normal physiological function of bile du ct is maintained. MoticBuaa3DVol software is useful in microvascular studing of hepatohilar bile duct.
