摘要
2 (2 ,3,5 三氮唑偶氮 ) 5 二甲氨基苯甲酸 (TZAMB)与铜 在 pH =2 .6的酸性介质中生成具有电活性的络合物 ,该络合物能在汞电极上产生灵敏的极谱波 ,本实验利用各种电化学方法研究了络合物的电化学性质 ,探讨了电极反应机理 ,在选定的条件下 ,单扫描极谱的电流与铜的浓度在 1.3× 10 -5~ 1.3× 10 -4g/L范围内呈线性关系 ,检出限为 6 .0× 10 -6g/L。
2-(2,3,5-Triazolylazo) -5-dimethylamino-benzonic acid (TZAMB) can react with copper(II) in acid medium (pH=2.6) and form an electroactive complex, which shows a sensitive reduction wave by using single-sweep oscillopolarography on the mercury electrode. The electrochemical behavior and its mechanism have been studied in detail by using several electrochemical methods. Under the optimum conditions, the peak current and the concentration of copper (II) have a linear relationship in the range of 1.3x10(-5)similar to1.3x10(-4) g/L, and the detection limit is 6.0x10(-6) g/L.
