摘要
目的 了解医院感染与医疗事故的相关性。方法 对医院感染与法律、医院感染与医疗纠纷、医院感染管理与预防等问题进行探讨。结果 就我国目前医院感染现状和医务人员对医院感染的意识而言 ,实际上存在诸多医患纠纷的潜在危险因素 ,值得我们在医疗活动中加以防范。结论 防止医疗事故必须严格遵守《医院感染管理规范》、《消毒技术规范》及有关法律法规 ,加强医患沟通 ,充分发挥监督职能和病历规范化书写与保管 ,医务人员在医疗活动中 ,自觉有意识加强预防医院感染的观念 ,熟悉并掌握医院感染的有关知识 。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between hospital infection and medical accident. METHODS The problems between hospital infection and laws, hospital infection and medical dispute and hospital infection administration and prevention were explored. RESULTS According to the present state of hospital infection and the awareness of hospital infection in medical staffs, there are so many potential risk factors. CONCLUSIONS In order to prevent medical accident, hospital should strictly abide by the Regulations on Hospital Infection Administration, the Regulations on Disinfection Technique and relative laws, strengthen the communication between medical staff and patients, the supervision and the medical record′s writing and administration; medical staff should self strengthen the awareness of preventing hospital infection and be familiar with and mastering the relative acknowledges about hospital infection during medical activity.
