摘要
目的 :探讨MRI对黄韧带骨化的诊断价值。方法 :搜集经临床证实的 15 4例黄韧带骨化患者的MR影像资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :黄韧带骨化以下胸椎发生率最高 ,MR表现为短T2长T1信号。结论 :MRI对诊断黄韧带骨化有重要作用 ,在临床上可作为首选的影像检查方法。
Objective:To investigate the value of MRI in diagnosis of ossification of ligamentum flavum (OLF).Method:MR Imaging of 154 patients with clinically confirmed OLF were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The genesic rate of OLF in lower thoracic spine was highest,which showing short T 2 signa 1 on T 2 weightad images and long T 1 signa 1 on T 1 weighted images.Conclusion:MRI plays a important role in diagnosis of OLF.It is the first choice of clinical imaging examination.
