摘要
研究了磷酸三丁酯 (TBP)从多硫化物含金贵液中萃取金的规律 ,考察了一些影响萃取平衡的因素。实验结果表明 :TBP能在强碱性多硫化物介质中萃取金 ,萃取时水相和有机相条件的改变都对萃取有影响。水相Sx2 - 浓度的增加对萃取有利 ,当水相中有NH3·H2 O存在时 ,适宜的Sx2 - 浓度为 1.5mol L ;有机相中TBP浓度的增加 ,萃取率增加 ;温度及水相初始Au(Ⅰ )浓度的变化对萃取的影响不大 ;萃取适宜的稀释剂为烷烃类稀释剂 ;水相中NH3·H2 O的存在有无对萃取影响很大 。
Extraction of Au(I) from gold containing polysulfide solution with TBP is studied, and some factors affecting extraction equilibrium were investigated. TBP is able to extract Au(Ⅰ) from the high alkaline polysulfide solution. Variation in aqueous and organic phases affects the extraction. The gold recovery increases with the increase of S 2- x concentration. When NH 3·H 2O is present in aqueous phase, appropriate S 2- x concentration is 1.5 mol/L and when the concentration of TBP in aqueous phase increases, the gold extraction ratio increases. Variation in temperature and initial concontration of Au(Ⅰ) in aqueous phase have little effect on the gold extronction, and the diluents for the extraction are nonarmatic solvents. NH 3·H 2O presented in aqueous phase has a great effect on the gold extraction and leads to the difference in the gold extraction mechanism.
