摘要
本文介绍了两种离子轰击渗金属工艺——双层辉光离子渗金属和离子轰击膏剂渗金属的基本原理、研究现状和今后的发展前景。
This paper introduces two types of plasma surface alloying methods-double glow plasma surface alloying and plasma bombardment pasty surface alloying.Their basic principles,research work at present and development in future are discribed.
