摘要 阐释了清洁生产以及清洁生产潜效评估的内涵及其重要性,按照所能达到清洁生产的程度大小,提出三类清洁技术———最有效技术(BAT)、最经济技术(BEAT)以及通常新应用的技术,并结合国内外开展的清洁生产案例,将这几类技术进行对比,结果表明开展清洁生产可以大大地减少资源能源消耗、减少污染排放,具有明显的环境、经济和社会效益,并最终评估论证了清洁生产在工业污染控制上存在巨大的潜在效益。 The term Cleaner Production(CP)and Estimation of Cleaner Production Potential are introduced, meanwhile their importance are pointed out. Three kinds of cleaner technologies are put forward-Best Available Technology(BAT), Best Economic Attractive Technology(BEAT), and usually used new technology, combined with some CP casesat home and abroad. several cleaner technologies are compared, and the results show that the implementation of CP can greatly reduce consumption of resource and energy and pollution emission, There are obvious environmental, economic and social benefits. The great potential of CP in industrial pollution control are estimated and demonstrated ultimately.
