摘要 定、转子屏蔽套与定、转子铁心压入后的配合间隙 ,是关系到屏蔽电泵定、转子制造质量的重要因素。定、转子旋压屏蔽套压入间隙的合理确定 ,它对于减少高温高压屏蔽电泵的振动噪声 ,减少定、转子椭圆度 ,有利于保证圆柱度和定、转子间机械间隙的有效性 。 The mating clearances between the pressed canned sleeves of stator and rotor of canned motor pump and the core of stator and rotor is the important element related to the manufacturing quality of stator and rotor. This paper introduces that the reasonable determination of the press-in clearance of spinning canned sleeves of stator and rotor is very important for reducing the vibration and noise from high-temperature high-pressure canned motor pump, ruducing the ovality of stator and rotor, to insure the cylindricity and the effectiveness of mechanical clearance between stator and rotor, and increasing the manufacturing quality and service life of high-temperature high-pressure canned motor pump.
