摘要
报道了废聚氨酯(PU)对丁腈橡胶(NBR)的改性研究。探讨了废PU含量对NBR的物理机械性能、热空气老化性能和耐溶剂、耐油性能的影响。结果表明,废PU可以明显提高NBR的力学性能和耐溶剂性,对材料的弹性、硬度、耐油性和电阻率影响不大;废PU含量超过20份(质量)以后会明显降低NBR的热老化性能。
The properties of NBR rubber modified by waste PU were researched in this paper.The effect of the weight content of waste PU on mechanical properties,air aging and oil resistance was investigated.The results showed that the addition of waste PU rubber could improved the mechanical properties and oil resistance remarkably,while the influence to elasticity,hardness and resistance ratio was slight.When the weight content of waste PU was 20% above,the air aging was decreased obviously.
