摘要
微格教学与传统的试讲在训练基本技能上有所不同 ,微格教学是将一完整的教学过程肢解许多不同的训练内容。当前微格教学中存在许多误区 ,还没有充分发挥其功效 。
The Microteaching has some differences in basic skill training with traditional test teaching.Which is to divide a whole teaching process into many different training periods.There are a lot of misleading in the Microteaching,and it cannot work effectively.This paper inquires into some problems in the Microteaching.
