摘要
在对各种压敏电阻材料介绍的基础上 ,综述了非线性电输运理论研究的进展 ,特别涉及了三氧化钨和有机压敏材料等新体系的问题。
Based on introduction of various varistor materials, the progress in study on nonlinear electrical transporting theory of varistor is reviewed. Especially, some problems related to new varistor materials, tungsten oxide and organic materials, are discussed.
