摘要
对新民主主义革命和国民经济恢复时期中国共产党的农村土地经济理论与政策应予以历史考察,笔者认为,党的农村土地经济理论提出于大革命时期,形成于土地革命战争时期,完善于抗日战争和解放战争时期,发展于国民经济恢复时期。
The paper studies the party's policies of rural land economy during new-democratic revolution and national economy recovery.It argues that these policies were proposed in the Great Revolution,took shape in Agrarian Revolution,improved in wars against Japanese Agression and of Liberation,and developed in the period of National economy Recovery.
