火电厂灰水再循环系统回水管防垢技术的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对江西省八个火电厂灰场回水,通过对六种单体阻垢剂和四种复配阻垢剂的筛选和优化试验,研制出了JDZG-Ⅰ型高效回水阻垢剂。试验结果表明:该阻垢剂具有投加剂量少、阻垢率高、持续时间长和使用范围广的特点,尤其是对于高pH值、高碱度和高钙离子浓度的回水,仍然具有很高的阻垢率。 The scaling inhibition experiment of six monomer scaling inhibitors and four complex scaling inhibitors for eight thermal power plants ash backwater samples in Jiangxi Province, is carried out. On the basis of the testing results a higher effective scaling inhibitor named JDZG - Ⅰ is developed. The testing results of the JDZG - Ⅰ scaling inhibitor show that it is characterized by smaller dosage, higher scaling inhibition ratio, longer lasting time and wider using scope. Especially, with the ash backwater of high pH, high alkalinity and high calcium concentration, it still has very high scaling inhibition ratio.
