熊去氧胆酸抗肝细胞凋亡分子机制研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 随着对细胞凋亡意义的阐明及熊去氧胆酸抗肝细胞凋亡新机制的发现,其在临床和基础研究中的作用正日益受到关注。目前认为,熊去氧胆酸强大而广谱的抗凋亡效应是其广泛应用于临床各种肝病治疗并取得良好疗效的分子基础。本文主要就肝细胞凋亡与肝细胞损伤的关系、肝细胞凋亡在肝脏疾病中的作用及熊去氧胆酸抗肝细胞凋亡分子机制研究进展进行综述。
