摘要
目的 观察白介素 2 (IL 2 )加干扰素 α(IFN α)体外净化完全缓解后的急性白血病骨髓 (BM)进行骨髓移植 (ABMT)的临床疗效。方法 用IL 2加IFN α体外净化ABMT患者的BM ,培养 3天后回输给患者。结果 4例患者输用净化处理的BM后均成功恢复造血功能 ,3例患者移植后至今分别持续缓解超过 2 7,2 8,30个月 ;其中 1例急性淋巴细胞白血病患者移植前染色体为Ph(+) ,移植后 2个月Ph染色体转阴 ;1例患者于移植后 3个月复发 ,3个月惑死亡。结论 初步研究显示 ,IL 2加IFN α用于临床移植患者是安全可行的 。
Objective Clinical efficacy of autologous bone marrow of acute leukemia in complete remission using interleukin-2(IL-2) in vitro purging with combination of interferon-α(IFN-α) was observed.Methods Using IL-2 combined with IFN-α in vitro purging of bone marrow from autologous bone morrow transplatation(ABMT) patients, the culture product was transfused after 3 days′ culture.Results Of 4 patients,hematopoiesis remission period was successfully reconstituted after transfusion of bone marrow purged in vitro.Three patients remained remission for respectively over 27,28,30 months.One patient was acute lymphoblastic leukemia and his Ph chromosal converted from positive prior to transplantation to negative 2 months later, one patient relapsed 3 months later and died 3 months later.Conclusion IL-2 plus IFN-α is safe and feasible in the transplantation and plays a role in purging of leukemia patients.
