摘要
我院用CO_2激光治疗各种痔疮210例,同传统的其它方法相比较,具有操作简便,安全,出血少,省时,无需住院等优点。术前无需禁食、灌肠,不需镇静剂,痛苦少。激光对直径小于0.5mm管血有封闭作用,术后不出血,术野清晰。由于激光的热效应,光化效应,使创面形成一层凝固膜,有防止感染作用,可一完成切割,止血,缝合三个步骤。
210 cases of hemorrhoid were treated with COZlaser. Compared with other tradionalmethods, this method was simple, safe and less blood during operation. The time ofoperaltion was short, and paticnt were not hospitalzation.
