"小康社会"是一个具有中国特色的概念。社会主义政治文明建设是全面建设小康社会的重要目标,政治文明是全面建设小康社会的内在要求和政治保障。
Xiaokang society is a concept characteristic of China. The construction of socialist civilization is the key goal of the construction of the society of comprehensive Xiaokang while political civilization is the inherent need and political guarantee of the construction of Xiaokang society.
