摘要 基于通用有限元软件MARC开发了用于模拟单晶合金材料蠕变性能的用户子程序CRPLAW。该子程序采用经典Norton蠕变本构方程,可以模拟单晶材料在不同温度和不同取向下的蠕变性能。利用CRPLAW对镍基单晶叶片进行蠕变分析,得到了较为满意的结果。通过修改蠕变参数,CRPLAW也可以用来模拟其它晶体合金的蠕变性能。 Based on general software MARC, a user subroutine CRPLAW used for single crystal creep analysis has been developed. Using classical Norton constitutive theory, CRPLAW will simulate creep performance of single crystal at different temperature and orientation. Creep analysis has been carried out for nickel-based single crystal. The results are reasonable. With some modifications to creep parameters, CRPLAW can also be used for creep performance simulation of other materials.
