介绍了RHY4163手动变速箱油复合剂的组成及性能。该剂具有优良的防腐性、热氧化安定性、抗磨耐久性以及与不同基础油的适应性。该复合剂以2.4%的加剂量应用于兰州石化加氢基础油HVIS H500与中间基基础油MVI 150BS中,研制的85W/90手动变速箱油达到APIMT-1规格要求;该复合剂以3.0%的加剂量应用于克拉玛依加氢基础油KH 150BS与大庆加氢基础油HVIW H350中,研制的80W/90手动变速箱油达到API MT-1规格要求;该复合剂以4.0%的加剂量应用于大庆加氢基础油HVIW H150与聚α-烯烃合成油PAO-4中,研制的75W/90手动变速箱油达到API MT-1规格要求。
The composition and performance feature for the additive package of RHY4163 manual transmission fluid were introduced. The said additive package exhibited superior anti-corrosion, anti-wear properties, thermal oxidation stability as well as adaptability for various base oils. The 85W/ 90 manual transmission fluid with 2. 4% of the additive package in HVIS H500 hydrogenated base oil and MVI 150BS intermediate base oil of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company reached the standard of API MT-1. The 80W/90 Manual transmission fluid with 3. 0% of the additive package in KH 150BS hydrogenated base oil of Kramayi Refinery and MVIW H350 hydrogenated base oil of Daqing Refinery reached the standard of API MT-1. The 75W/90 manual transmission fluid with 3. 0% of the additive package in MVIW H150 hydrogenated base oil of Daqing Refinery and PAO-4 poly-α-olefin synthetic oil reached the standard of API MT-1.
