摘要
目的 观察鞭毛蛋白与盲肠结扎穿孔脓毒症致大鼠肺损伤的差异。方法 鞭毛蛋白经颈静脉注射以复制大鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)模型。ELISA法检测大鼠外周血血清中TNF-α含量,并观察动脉血气分析、肺组织湿干比值(W/D)和肺病理变化程度。结果 用鞭毛蛋白成功建立了大鼠肺损伤模型。鞭毛蛋白致肺损伤大鼠的动脉氧分压(PaO2)、TNF-α、W/D和肺病理变化程度较脓毒症致肺损伤大鼠有显著性差别。结论 鞭毛蛋白可用于急性肺损伤模型的建立。
Objective To observe the difference between acute lung injury caused by flagellin and sepsis. Methods Rat model of ALI was made by injecting flagellin. We detected the TNF - α in serum by ELISA, monitored blood gas, detennined the wet/dry ratio (W/D) of lung tissue and observed the pathological degree of lung. Results Flagellin - induced acute lung injury model of rat was successfully made. The difference of PaO2, concentration of TNF - α, W/D ratio and pathological degree of lung between CLP( cecum ligation and puncture)-induced ALI and flagellin - induced ALI were great. Conclusion ALI model could be made successfully by flagellin.
