摘要
胶囊过破胶技术是应用胶囊破胶剂使压裂液短时间内迅速破胶的添加剂技术。该技术所应用的胶囊产品是压裂措施中的新型添加剂,国内该类产品的制备工艺有锅包法、流化法等。通过优化胶囊破胶剂产品的配方,改进其制备工艺,采用侧喷流化制粒并初次包裹、底喷流化二次包裹的方法,提高了胶囊破胶剂产品的性能,降低了其生产成本。经现场应用,新型胶囊破胶剂的控释、缓释性能得到较好地发挥,其耐温可达90℃,大幅度地提高了胶囊过破胶技术在压裂工艺中的应用水平。
Super capsule gel breaking technology is an additive technology that breaks the gel in the frac-fluid in very short time by using capsule gel breakers. The capsule breakers in this technology are new additives for fracturing, and the preparing techniques include pot-encapsulating and fluidization. By optimizing the formulation of capsule gel breakers, improving the preparing techniques, and applying the methods of side-jet fluidization graining and preliminary encapsulating, bottom-jet fluidization and secondary encapsulating, the performances of the capsule breakers are improved and their production costs are cut down. Field applications show that the new capsule gel breakers exhibit good releasing control and retarding, and the temperature tolerance is as high as 90 ℃.
