摘要
辽河油田区块分散,许多区块的压裂井远离基地,从配液站运输压裂液到井站费时费力,能够在低温浅井现场配液是一种很好的方法。通过对速溶稠化剂基本性能、配制储存的阐述以及对速溶稠化剂低温压裂液配伍性、破胶性、滤失性的研究,认为速溶稠化剂对低温压裂液主要性能影响不大,通过对现场配液质量主要影响因素研究,提出指导现场配液施工的措施。性能试验研究及现场实践表明,速溶稠化剂低温压裂液体系能够实现在现场及时配制的要求,可满足分散区块的现场施工。
Oil wells in Liaohe Oilfield are quite scattered and many wells are far away from the base, so it is very difficult to transport the fracturing fluid to the frac-wells, so on-site mixing of frac-fluid for the low temperature shallow wells is the best option. The basic properties, mixing and storage of the instant thickening agent, as well as its compatibility, gel breaking and filtration characteristics are investigated, and it has minor influences on the performance of low temperature fracturing fluid. Field mixing guides are presented and it has been proved that the instant thickening agent could meet the requirements of on-site low temperature fracturing fluid mixing.
