摘要
针对雷家地区雷62预探井油层埋藏深、原油凝固点高等特点,通过对井筒举升工艺的技术分析,筛选确定了空心杆有杆泵电加热深抽试采举升工艺。在井筒温度场计算分析的基础上,确定了空心杆井筒电加热的深度和功率,并利用有杆泵举升工艺优化设计计算方法,优选了抽油机和抽油泵的型号,优化了抽油杆柱组合和油管柱组合。依据优选、优化设计结果及试采设计方案进行了现场试验,并对实施效果进行了跟踪分析,试验结果表明该试采工艺设计合理,完全能满足雷62井的试采需要。该设计对相似油井的方案设计及现场实施也具有一定的参考价值。
Well Lei-62 is a preliminary prospecting well in Leijia area, and this well features in deep reservoir burying depth with crude of high pour point, and based on the analysis to borehole lifting techniques, it was decided to apply hollow rod pump for electrical heating production test lifting. The heating depth and power rate were determined according to the analysis and calculation of temperature field; the suitable pumping unit and downhole pump were selected and the pumping string combination and tubing string combination were optimized accordingly. Field tests were carried out afterwards, and tracing study was conducted. Results showed that the production test proposal is reasonable and can fully meet the requirements of Lei-62.
