摘要 艾伦·泰特在英国开放大学服务了将近30年,他对远程学生学习支持服务领域有着深刻的理解和独到的见解,其理论和实践的研究无疑对我国远程教育学生学习支持服务有着积极的影响。本文在介绍泰特实践的基础上,论述了他关于学生支持、学习支持服务系统以及学习中心的主要理论建树,讨论了由此引发的如何促进我国远程教育学生学习支持服务系统的建设。
