摘要
“转炉长流程”已步入并抢占特钢市场,迫使传统电炉业及其“短流程”,实施“铁水、助熔”混合式工艺流程(转炉化);在流程对比和解读康斯迪工艺基础上,探寻保持电弧炉本源特色下,既适于国情、又简约高效的发展可行性;并试图解脱两个流程即将面临精炼的“时间瓶颈”效应。
