摘要
中国的出口贸易深受“替代国”制度之累,国家造成了巨大的经济损失。作为最大的发展中国家,中国已经成为世贸组织的正式成员国,在积极履行义务的同时,还应学会行使世贸组织所赋予的正当权利,维护自己的合法权益,争取在国际贸易竞争中享有公平、公正的待遇。
Developing countries adopt anti-dumping measures ceaselessly,substitution country system is an example. There is much irrationality. The system has made a lot of loss to developing countries. Chinese foreign trade is damaged seriously. As the biggest developing country,China is WTO's official member. On one hand, China should fulfill the obligations actively,on the other hand,China should exert the just rights,safeguard its legal rights and interests and strive for fair and just treatment in the international trade competitions.
