摘要
北京电视中心综合业务楼±0.000以上为钢结构框架-支撑结构体系,施工中遵循先整体后细部的测控原则,拟定了先做闭合控制和“逐层传递轴线,水平控制”的方法,采用全站仪、激光铅直仪、测温仪等测量工具,保证了安装质量。同时,通过模拟计算,有效解决了超高层钢结构厚板焊接、温差变化对测量控制的影响,对同类工程有借鉴意义。
The structure above ± 0.000 of the complex business building of Beijing Television Center is of steel frame support system. In the construction, a method of carrying out enclosed control first and 'transferring the axis floor by floor, horizontal control' is proposed in compliance with the control principle of 'first integrity and then detail', and full-station-instrument, laser plumber and thermo-scope are used to guarantee the erection quality. Meanwhile, the effects of thick plate weld of super high-rise steel structure and temperature variation on the survey control are effectively avoided through simulation calculation. It may be used for reference in the similar projects.
