摘要
论述了在安全生产活动中认真落实责任制的重要意义,结合在实行安全生产责任制实践中的经验,对建立健全安全生产责任制的方式和方法以及落实安全生产责任制的各项措施进行了详细认真的探讨和总结。
The importance of carried out safety responsibility system during the period of safety production activities has been addressed. Combined with the practice experiences of implementing of safety production responsibility system, the manner and method of establishing safety production responsibility system and the measures of its implementing being detailed discussed and summarized in this paper.
