摘要
目的了解我国卫生人力资源流动性的研究现状及其与医学教育的互动关系.方法运用计算机与手工检索相结合的方式对国内外相关文献数据库及学术刊物进行检索.结果专门的有关卫生人力流动性研究较少,但在关于卫生人力资源管理、配置、预测、兼职等的研究中,都涉及到其流动性的问题;有关卫生人力资源流动性研究的成果对医学教育过程具有重要的指导意义,而通过医学教育可以调节卫生人力流动所产生的失衡,使其更加合理、更具效率.结论国内关于卫生人力资源的研究,忽视了对其流动性及流动质量的研究.今后这方面的工作要得到重视和加强.
Purpose To understand the current situation of studies about the mobility of the health human resources (HHR),and its mutual effects with the medicine education Methods Computer combined with manual retrieval were used in surveying domestic data banks of relevant medicine literature and academic periolicals.Results With uneven distribution,unbalanced speciality setups,irrational proportions of professional and technical posts,the rapid growth in the number of HHR brings about many problems of mobility and its quality consequently,but the research on them was ignorant.Conclusion It is imperative to strengthen and deepen the studies of the mobility of HHR and its mutual effects with the medical education.
