摘要
通过判断电动机输出功率信号中是含有一个直流分量和一个余弦分量还是仅含有直流分量,判断鼠笼转子有无故障,提出了一种感应电机转子故障检测的新方法。该方法避开了定子电流中边频分量成分的检测。不存在电流频谱分析方法中故障诊断灵敏度低和对采样分辨率要求高的缺点。数字仿真和实测结果表明该方法能有效地对感应电机鼠笼转子故障进行诊断。
A new method to detect rotor cage fault of induction motor is presented,which monitors if the output power signal comprises a direct component and an alternating component or only a direct component. It keeps away from the detection of side frequency component in stator current and hasn't the disadvantages of the current spectrum analysis method,i.e. low sensitivity of fault diagnosis and demand for high sampling distinguishability. Both simulative and experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
