摘要 介绍了一种基于三电平逆变器拓扑结构的串联谐振软开关的电容器充电电源(CCPS),它的工作模式有全电压模式(FVM)和半电压模式(HVM)两种。可用于变速率充电,或用于要求充电精度更高的场合。 This paper presents a series resonant soft switching capacitor charging power supply(CCPS) based on three-level inverter topology. It has two work modes including full voltage mode(FVM) and half voltage mode(HVM). It can be used to change the charging speed and can also be used in the particular scene that needs higher charging voltage precision. The theory of operation, driving schemes, current characteristic are given. The simulation and experiment results verify the correctness of the analysis.
