摘要
针对高速精密激光内雕机 ,介绍了一种高速轨迹控制技术。其核心是以高频高分辨率采样插补生成希望运动轨迹。伺服进给采用直线电机驱动 ,则整个系统可以获得很高的进给速度和加速度 。
The design of high-speed track controlling technology concerning high-speed precise laser sub-marker is introduced in this article. Its core is expecting moving track that is derived from high frequency and high resolution sampling interpolation. Linear motor acts as transmission mechanism in the servo drive system. Thus, the whole system has a high driving speed and acceleration, which meets the needs of high-speed and precision in the laser sub-marker.
