摘要
应用化学分析、金相和电子探针显微分析技术对排气冷却器中波纹膨胀节的失效原因进行了分析。结果表明 ,波纹膨胀节发生早期失效是由于构件发生应力腐蚀开裂所致。
Causes of failure in corrugation expansion joint of the vent gas cooler have been studied by the chemical analysis, optical microscopy and electron probe microanalysis. The results show that the early failure of the corrugation expansion joint was results from the stress corrosion cracking in the components.
