摘要
本文基于结合部基础理论,建立了机械圆柱面结合部的静力学模型,确定了其位移结合条件及静刚度矩阵,为机械CAD中选择最佳设计方案,预断设计效果及寻求合理设计参数提供了理论依据并给出了应用实例。
Based on the fundamental theory of conjunction, the statics model of mechaical cylindrical conjunction is established, the conjuct condition of displacement and its static stiffness matrix is determined. The theoretical bases for selecting optimal design in CAD, predicting the effect of design and searching reasonable design parameters and some practical examples are provided.
