摘要
本文分析了 ＦＡＮＵＣ直流伺服系统产生“零位抖动”现象的原因，给出了抖动频率和幅度的计算公式，计算结果与测试值基本符合。
In this article, the cause of the phenomenon of zero point oscillation is analyzed, and the formula for calculating the frequency and amplitude of oscillation is derived. The calculated result is basically coincide with the measured value.
