摘要
介绍了2000MPa级低松弛预应力钢绞线的表面处理、拉拔、捻制、稳定化处理等工艺的制定和试验过程。在试验中、对低松驰预应力钢绞线的原料规格、牌号、强度等要求及各项工艺参数进行了确定。其产品破断负荷、屈服负荷、伸长率、松弛等力学性能指标的测试结果均符合企业标准要求。
The technological processes of surface treatment drawing twisting stabilization treatment of 2 000 MPa low relaxation PC steel strand are mainly introduced. During test the material specification type and strength of low relaxation PC steel strand have been determined. The test result shows the index of break load yield load extension rate and relaxation property have all reach the standards.
