摘要
本文针对低室温环境下输液会使病人产生不适感,且严重时会产生体位性低血压使病人头晕甚至昏厥这一医疗问题,研究开发了新型的智能输液保温器。选用8031单片机为控制单元构造了一个实用的单片机应用系统,系统采用基于实验数据的模糊推理算法,通过对一定室温环境与不同输液滴速下的加热时间、保温时间的控制,实现输液出口药液的温度控制。
There is a medical problem that patient may feel uncomfortable even may go off in a faint by reason of low blood pressure when he is infused in lower room temperature. A new type of intelligent constant temperature infuser is designed to solve this problem. The temperature of liquid drug can be kept at about 20℃ when the medical instrument is working, so patient feels well when he is infused and uncomfortable feeling is avoided when patient is infused at lower temperature. 8031 CPU was used as control unit so that a useful system is obtained, in which fuzzy reasoning method was used based on date got by experiment. The temperature of medicine output liquid could be controlled by the heating time, maintaining time, reheating time in certain temperature and input speed.
