摘要
在对半圆形焊管形状分析的基础上 ,精确计算了各圆弧段、直线段的长度 ,得出了周长的计算方法。提出采用先成圆后变异的设计思路 ,并在数学推导基础上 ,计算了各架次孔型尺寸 ,完成了半圆形焊管轧辊的设计。
It accurately calculates the length of each circle arc segment and beeline segment and elicit the calculation method of perimeter on the basis of shape analysis of semicircle welded pipe.It puts forward the design thought to succeed in circle first and then variance and calculates pass dimension of each stands and completes the roller design of semicircle welded pipe on the basis of math derivation.
