摘要
随着两网改造的深入开展,忻州城市电网结构逐步趋于完善。提高需求侧的电能质量,满足电网超前发展的需要,将电网进行分层管理,实现配网自动化,将更有利于整个电网的安全可靠和经济运行。从忻州地区配网的实际情况出发,以配网自动化体系构成为基础,从系统构成、配置原则、配置方案、指标分析诸方面介绍了忻州配网自动化系统宜采用的方案,并就此方案的可靠性进行了分析。
With the development of urban & rural net's modification,xinzhou's urban net is being complementary.To improve the power quality of consumers, the management of the net should be devided into several levels. The distribution a utomation (DA)'s accomplishment will help operate the net reliably & economicall y.Based on the practice of distribution net, the completion scheme of Xinzhou's DA system is presented in this paper from the system construction,configuring pr imaries, configuring design and criterion analysis.Also the reliability analysis of this scheme is introduced.
