摘要
对柳钢4号高炉2004年4月炉况失常的原因和处理过程进行了总结。认为原燃料质量变化,特别是人炉焦炭热性能的急剧下降,引发了炉况波动。在处理高炉悬料时长时间亏料加上冷却设备漏水未及时更换,是导致炉况失常的主要原因。通过集中加净焦和萤石洗炉,及时更换漏水的冷却设备,堵部分风口逐步恢复风量,使4号高炉生产逐渐恢复正常。
The causes for adverse furnace condition and its treatment of No.4 BF occurred in April 2004 have been summarized. It is believed that the quality change of material and fuel, especially the big reduction of coke thermal property, results in the furnace condition fluctuation. The main causes of aberration are that the condition of deficient burden lasts for a long time and the leaking cooling equipments did not be changed in time during the period of treating BF hanging. The No.4 BF is put back on normal production gradually by adding coke blank concentratively and purging furnace with fluorite, changing the leaking cooling equipments in time as well as jamming up some tuyeres to recovery the blast volume.
