摘要
为了得到LiCo0.5Ni0.5O2的恒流电压模型,用高温固相反应合成了LiCo0.5Ni0.5O2,并用修正的Frumkin模型研究了它的充放电过程。修正的Frumkin模型可以较好地描述恒流充放电循环过程中LiCo0.5Ni0.5O2的电压行为,模型参数E1/2、a和g反映了充放电过程中材料结构和反应可逆程度的变化。随电流和循环次数的增加,充电过程的E1/2、a和g也增加,但放电过程的E1/2减少。
In order to get voltage model of LiCo0.5Ni0.5O2 at the charge and discharge processes, it was prepared by solid-state reaction. Modified Frumkin model can be used to describe the voltage behavior of LiCo0.5Ni0.5O2. The change of the structure and the reversibility of the lithium extraction/insertion process was reflected by the parameters of the model, which are E 1/2, a and g. Increasing the current and cycle numbers of the charge and discharge processes, E 1/2 of the charge ,a and g increase, but E 1/2 of the discharge decreases.
